Global Tycoon is the most sophisticated global strategy simulation available for MBA or Executive training.

Global Tycoon offers realistic regional business environments for global strategy and cross-cultural management training: customs, distinctions, and business opportunities.

Participants learn the owner's perspective - how all parts of a business, including functions and regional operations, must work together for success. Global Tycoon participants also gain practical business experience during our training programs by:

	exploring a global industry
	implementing strategy paradigms
	working in teams and resolving conflicts
	making decisions under uncertainty
	demonstrating acquired functional skills
	developing and using analytic tools

In Global Tycoon, participants form management teams, bid on up to twelve companies in the consumer electronics industry, and operate their newly purchased company through several years of operations in a highly stimulating, competitive, and somewhat uncertain global business environment.

We have simpler simulations for shorter programs, especially for team building. And we customize our software for special needs and applications.

Multiple industries can be administered in parallel to accommodate any number of participants from fifteen (15) to well over one thousand (1000+).  Our largest single program to date is 512 participants at once!
